Once again, I’ve had the privilege to interview another innovator in journalism: Olivier Clairouin, one of the deputy editors-in-chief at French newspaper Le Monde.
We discussed using an agile way of working to have more valuable team evaluations. Olivier demo’d an internal tool called LM Wiki and shared a Google Spreadsheet every newsroom can use to get an idea of the impact on the Carbon Footprint their news(item) production has.
